Your inventory stays in your browser
Learn how local JSON input, CSV downloads, browser printing and external links are handled by the Agent Inventory Tool.
Operated by Agent Trust Cloud, Canton, Michigan, United States.
Local processing
JSON files are read into browser memory. The tool does not upload input, call discovery APIs, save records to local storage or require an account. Clear removes the visible records; closing the page ends its in-memory session.
Requests and exports
Your browser requests static site assets from the host, which may keep normal connection logs. Downloads are initiated by you. Source links and Sponsored advertisements navigate to external sites with their own privacy practices.
Data minimisation
Use system labels and credential references instead of secret values or unnecessary personal data. Keep exported files in your approved storage. This website is not a secure asset repository or a system of record.
What the tool does not store
The builder parses supplied JSON in the page, renders results in the browser and creates a local CSV download when you choose export. It does not send inventory rows to a backend, sync them to Google Sheets, or create an Excel workbook. Browser print/save-to-PDF is handled by your browser. Treat downloaded files as sensitive according to the data they contain and store them in an approved location.
External links and safe use
Links to primary sources and Sponsored advertisements leave this site and are governed by their destinations' own privacy practices. Do not paste passwords, access tokens, customer records or other secrets into the inventory. Store credential references only where your organization's policy permits, and keep the actual secrets in an approved secrets manager.
Read the AI agent inventory builder instructions and the AI inventory template before preparing a CSV. Return to the home page for the full guide directory.
Analytics
The site loads Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. It reports page views and a tool-use event after you build an inventory; inventory rows and uploaded file contents are not included in those events. The tag starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user-data and ad-personalization consent set to denied. Analytics can still make consent-mode network requests containing technical page and browser information. Static hosting may also keep normal connection logs. Sponsored ad links carry the tool domain and page path in URL parameters, never the supplied inventory.
